  • Signup is mandatory to both earn and redeem loyalty points.

3. Viewing Earned Points:

  • Customers can view their total earned loyalty points by clicking the "Rewards" button located at the bottom of the website.

4. Redeeming Loyalty Points:

  • To redeem loyalty points, customers must be signed in to their account.
  • Navigate to the "Rewards" section by tapping the "Rewards" button at the bottom of the website.
  • Tap the "Redeem Points" option.
  • Enter the desired number of points to be redeemed, up to the total earned points available.
  • Tap the "Claim Reward" button.
  • Upon successful redemption, a unique discount code will be generated.
  • This discount code must be provided at the time of checkout to avail the discount.
  • The corresponding discount based on the redeemed points will be immediately applied to the order total in the shopping cart.
  • Customers can then proceed to complete their order with the applied discount.

5. Point Value and Redemption Rate:

  • The value of each loyalty point and the corresponding discount upon redemption will be clearly communicated within the "Rewards" section of the website.

6. Validity and Expiry of Points:

  • The validity period of earned loyalty points will be clearly communicated within the "Rewards" section of the website.
  • Unused loyalty points may expire after the specified validity period. We reserve the right to amend the expiry policy with prior notification.

7. Limitations and Restrictions:

  • Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed on online orders placed through our website.
