Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from nasaautocare.pk. If your product arrives damaged, you can return it for exchange.
Here's how it works:
Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition it was received. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at info@nasachemicals.com to request a return.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first, or we won't be able to accept it.
Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, a fresh and intact item will be dispatched to your shipping address. Delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.
Important Notes:
We don't accept returns for items purchased during a promotion or sale, or for gifted items.
If you ordered the wrong product, unfortunately, we can't accept a return. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following the return process above) and then place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@nasachemicals.com so we can help fix the problem.
